How do I create a Simply Clean Oxford account?

Visit our homepage and find the “Login” button on the top right menu or click HERE.  Enter your email and password and you will get a confirmation email.  Once you get the email, click the link within to confirm your account and password.

Do you service my area?

If you live within the 38655 area code, then absolutely!  If you live outside of the Oxford area, give us a call and we can make an arrangement for a team of Cleaning Professionals to travel to you.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleanings are more thorough than the industry standard.  See our Cleaning Checklist for a complete breakdown of standard as well as extra services.

How much will it cost?

The price for a home cleaning depends on the size of your home, specifically the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.  We have flat rate pricing to make it easier for our clients – no house visits or complicated quoting formulas.  See our Booking Page, fill out your information and see the price on the right side of the page.  The price will change as you select your bedrooms/bathrooms, frequency of cleanings and extras.    In the case that a home is excessively dirty/cluttered, we will go to our hourly rate ($80/hour) for a team of 2. If you want cleaned only part of your house, the flat rate model is not as applicable.  In that case we will likely use our hourly rate.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes!  We have everything we need to get your home sparkling!  We use cleaning products that are non-toxic with a very low risk of allergic reactions or irritations like cleaning vinegar and water, Ms Myers, and Barkeepers friend. We will happily use any type of cleaning products/equipment that you provide for us at your request.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely!  On the checkout page, you will find some certain extras we offer for an additional fee.  Click on the boxes to add them to your order.  Click on the box again to remove them from your order.  Further down the page, there is a box dedicated to “special instructions”.  Anything we need to know, from pets, to notes about cleaning and other special considerations, should be specified there.

How do I log into my account?

Visit our homepage and in the top right menu section, you will see the “Login” button.  Click there and enter your credentials to manage your bookings and personal information.

How do I change my password?

Visit our homepage and click on “Login” on the top right menu.  Once logged in, you will see your name in the upper right hand corner.  Click there and a drop down menu will show “change password”.

How do I reset my password?

On the Login page, you will see a link toward the bottom of the page that reads: “forgot your password?”.  Click there to get a new, temporary password sent to your email.  You can then login with your temporary password and change the password to one of your choosing.

How do I change my address?

Visit our homepage and click on “Login” on the top right menu.  Once logged in, you will see your name in the upper right hand corner.  You can click there to edit personal information and payment information.

How do I change my credit card?

Visit our homepage and click on “Login” on the top right menu.  Once logged in, you will see your name in the upper right hand corner.  You can click there to edit personal information and payment information.

How do I book my first appointment?

Visit our Booking Page and fill out your personal information, size of house and a handful of additional specifics.  Once you book, you will get a couple of emails confirming everything.  At the scheduled date/time, a team of Cleaning Professionals will come over and clean their hearts out!  It’s simple and convenient.

What cleaning chemicals do you use?

Simply Clean is educated on the dangers of everyday household chemicals which can pose a threat to our health.  This is why we use exclusively nontoxic cleaning solutions.  Currently, we use cleaning vinegar and water, Mrs. Myers and Barkeepers as our primary cleaning solutions.  We are happy to provide special requests or use anything you already have at home if you so request.

Can I trust my Cleaning Professional?

Our Cleaning Professionals are all vetted thoroughly through extensive reference checks and a multistage interview process as well as a probationary period to start employment.  Many of our Cleaning Professionals have been personally referred to me.  Further, our Cleaning Professionals are incentivized to do quality work through generous compensation and performance-based bonuses.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Imagine you hired another cleaner and he/she falls down the stairs and is injured.  That person may have legal recourse against you.  This won’t happen with an established small business like Simply Clean.  If something is broken or damaged in our care, we’ll pay to fix it.  We carry liability insurance, workers comp insurance, as well as we are bonded.  If we missed a spot, we’ll come back and make it right and, finally, we have a 100% guarantee.  If you find that our performance simply wasn’t to your expectations, we’ll refund your money.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes!  Simply Clean Oxford is all about being safe.  That’s why we use only non-toxic products and it’s also the reason we make ongoing investments in our website technology – to keep your information safe.  We have an SSL encrypted payment system which is managed by third party cybersecurity experts much smarter than we are!  From the server side we have updated SQL security that is also managed by a reliable 3rd party.
