This is how it works:
Step 1. Call Simply Clean
In the case of short term rentals, call 662-801-4468 and we will discuss the details. There is a lot that needs to be sorted out. The specifics of cleaning, access, restocking supplies, scheduling, cleaning needs etc., is best discussed over the phone. It can be overwhelming coordinating so much, but Simply Clean makes this as easy as possible. We have a system for documenting so that we get the space setup just how you like it. You can book and manage appointments via our online portal. You can always reach us at our phone number or email as well. We pride ourselves on being accessible.
Step 2. We Make it Easy For You
Our goal is to make a somewhat complex arrangement as simple and convenient for you as possible. Once we receive your booking, we will review the details and then confirm. You can book these dates online yourself and add details, make changes, cancel or move appointments and whatever else is needed. This can be done up until 24 hours before the appointment. We have special rates for short term rentals so make sure to mention that over the phone. We will work together to make arrangements for laundry, linens, and supplies for your guests.
Step 3. Maintaining your Property is Paramount
Even though we are cleaners, Simply Clean staff are trained to keep a close eye on your property. After guests stay, we will be on the lookout for damages, excessive messes/ parties or anything else amiss. Those situations will be reported to you immediately. Conveniently, you can order supplies directly to our office. Order extras and we can store them for you, if space is limited.
